I can see patients who "self pay," and patients that can see "out of plan providers" (you should check with your plan for details).  If you aren't sure, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.  Please be sure that if you are required to have a designated "primary care provider" that you call the number on the back of your card and designate Dr. Ketzak as your primary care provider before your visit (otherwise you may not have any coverage for the visit).

Making appointments online is easy !  This allows you to schedule at your convenience, and to see the available time slots for your desired day.  All you need to do is click on the link at the top of this page, create a profile, and you are ready to schedule !  To use online scheduling you must schedule at least 24 hours in advance.  You can also make appointments by calling the office number at (607) 875-4334 and leaving a message or speaking with the receptionist during office hours.
